RETURN POLICY & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL AT SCHREINER OUTFITTERS. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY UNUSED APPAREL PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, IT MAY BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE, SUBJECT TO ITEM AVAILABILITY AND METHOD OF PAYMENT.
- All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made within 20 days of order receipt.
- All Schreiner Outfitters purchases include information and instructions for exchanging, replacing, or crediting an item. Your shipment will include a return form, which includes information on how to exchange or return your item(s) unless otherwise indicated.
- All returned items must be accompanied by a properly completed return form. For your convenience, the exchange/return form is enclosed with every purchase. Failure to include this form could delay return processing.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and your credit should appear on your next statement. Please allow 12-14 business days for receipt and processing of your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
- If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Schreiner Outfitters or issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.
- Returned items for exchange will be processed and a new order will be placed for the replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange.
- Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a merchandise credit. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your return provided that email address is included on your Return/Exchange form. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return and merchandise credit.
- Please list returned items on the Return/Exchange form, fill in the quantity returned, and enter the appropriate codes. Pack your return and include the Return/Exchange form with your shipment. A $5.00 processing fee will be applied against your credit.
- Shipping fees will not be credited upon receipt of returned items.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, worn, or missing embellishments may not be returned.
Holiday Season Return & Exchange Policy
All December purchasers requesting a return or exchange must do so no later than January 5. This holiday season policy excludes sale items. For questions, contact customer service at [email protected]

Need to make a return? No worries, all the details are below. FYI, all refunds or exchanges require a valid receipt or packing slip. And sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All merchandise that is unopened and in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
*Gift Cards are non-refundable
Just take your receipt/packing slip and return it to your campus bookstore.
Returns by mail
- Include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your securely packaged return. If you don’t have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Your refund could be delayed if we can’t identify the original purchase details.
- Return shipping is at your expense. We’re not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).
- Hold on to your tracking information and shipping receipt until you get your refund.
